G Ramiro Z has earned the tag Euro-stallion and is the sire of several approved stallions in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. He has also produced many international horses including Donau, Ramzes, Almox Rosella, Rinnetou Z, Ramiro's Son, Rolex, and Zamira. The most famous product however is the daughter Ratina, who won gold and silver in the Barcelona Olympics. Following her sale at a record price, she went on to win the Volvo World Cup under Ludger Beerbaum. These numerous international stars, and many other top performers, contributed to G Ramiro Z being declared the 1992 Horse of the Year.
